Drayton Manor Hotel, Tamworth

We had a delightful stay at the hotel, especially thanks to the exciting Thomas-themed room that thrilled our son. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, which made our experience quite enjoyable. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired; both the breakfast and dinner were bland and didn't meet our expectations. Overall, we had fun during our visit, particularly with the kids' entertainment, but there are improvements needed in the restaurant area.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, but the parking situation was a hassle, especially when it rained. While the afternoon tea was delightful, the breakfast experience left much to be desired due to the chaos in the restaurant. Overall, I would consider returning for a special occasion, but I would hope for improvements in dining and parking.

I had a wonderful stay during the 'Twixmas' event, which was a delightful way to enjoy the holiday spirit with my family. The themed Thomas room was a major hit with the kids, especially with the mini TV and complimentary DVDs. The close proximity to Drayton Manor park made our visits extremely convenient. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the noise from neighboring families and some hiccups with the food, particularly at breakfast. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for families, despite a few minor downsides.

Our stay at the hotel within Drayton Manor Park was surprisingly delightful. Upon arrival, the hotel exuded a festive atmosphere, which immediately set a positive tone. The themed Viking room delighted my children, and the Christmas treasure hunt was a joyous highlight. While the evening entertainment and dining could use some improvement, the value for money was outstanding. A special mention goes to the staff, especially Phil, who was incredibly helpful during our stay.
