We had a delightful stay at the hotel, especially thanks to the exciting Thomas-themed room that thrilled our son. I had a wonderful stay during the 'Twixmas' event, which was a delightful way to enjoy the holiday spirit with my family. Our stay at the hotel within Drayton Manor Park was surprisingly delightful. Upon arrival, the hotel exuded a festive atmosphere, which immediately set a positive tone. The themed Viking room delighted my children, and the Christmas treasure hunt was a joyous highlight. While the evening entertainment and dining could use some improvement, the value for money was outstanding. A special mention goes to the staff, especially Phil, who was incredibly helpful during our stay.
